David is a Scot with senior Board
level experience in the UK, Holland, Australia &
China.
He was Senior Vice President & HR Director for Unilever
in China from 2000 – 2005.
Prior to this, he was the National HR Director for
Unilever’s businesses in Australia & New Zealand
from 1996 – 2000 and Head of HR for Unilever’s global
Research organisation from 1993 – 1996.
He is an expert in organisational change, leadership
coaching and skills development.
He has a BA in Business Administration and is a
Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
& Development.
David also advises companies on doing business in China, and works with leading employers and research organisations on talent development. |
