Simon has wide senior international
experience from a broad finance career in Shell.
He was Head of Group Finance HR from 2000 – 2005.
Prior to this, he was FD and Deputy CEO of Shell
Egypt from 1996 – 2000.
He had earlier roles in Group Acquisitions and Divestments,
as FD of Shell Sierra Leone and as Deputy Head of
Finance for Exploration and Production.
He is an expert in organisational change, competence
frameworks and assessment, leadership coaching and
integrated career support management.
He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales with Touche Ross
and has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
In addition to his coaching, Simon works with other
companies in the assessment of finance competencies,
and in career support. |
